History of Schwartz
SCHWARTZ, RECYCLED AND ECOLOGICAL MATERIAL
Schwartz was founded 35 years ago in Barcelona. It arose from the necessity to creates special designs of stationary products for architects, such as project boxes, congres file, accordion boxes and much more.
Pablo Schwartz founded the company and he started the classic design line of products with the architect and designer Alberto Lievore, that we still offer today.
One of our more sucessful product was accordion file box which has an innovative design that isn´t available elsewhere on the market place.
This product has won several design prizes and was on exhibition in KRTU at Decorative Art Museum of Barcelona for his artistic value as an ecodesign product.
One of the most important objectives in the Schwartz philosophy is invironmental conservation. We only design recycled and ecological products using Kraft paper, made from natural wood fiber and recycled paper. Our special and fine material brings a wood-like finish to the product of the highest quality.
A FAMILY COMPANY
Schwartz is a family company that actually has a second generation on the front of the business.
Schwartz started as a national spanish company, since then we have grown and now we are active in all the European market.
Our products are recognized by the best stationary shops, like Manufactum in Germany, Zumstein in Zurich, Konema & Raima in Barcelona, Dussmann in Barlin, High Tech in Milan, McNally Jackson Books in New York and much more.
Nowadays we are living a natural international process and we have new clients in all around the world: USA, Japan & others.
